These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Salifu Dagarti Foundation Lottery ("the Lottery"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

The Lottery is operated by the Salifu Dagarti Foundation, a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity No. 1131516), under a Small Society Lottery licence in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.

To participate in the Lottery, you must:

• Be aged 18 or over at the time of purchase. • Be a resident of the United Kingdom. • Not be an employee, officer, or trustee of the Salifu Dagarti Foundation, or a close relative of such a person. • Not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with the Foundation or a relevant gambling self-exclusion scheme such as GamStop.

It is a criminal offence under the Gambling Act 2005 for anyone under the age of 18 to participate in this Lottery. The Foundation reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.

Each ticket costs £2. You may purchase up to 10 tickets per draw. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

By purchasing a ticket, you are entering that week's draw only. Tickets do not carry over to future draws unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before a ticket is entered into the draw.

Draws take place every Friday. The winning numbers are selected by a verified random number generation process. Results will be published on our website and participants will be notified by email.

The Foundation reserves the right to postpone or cancel any draw in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, all ticket holders will be notified and tickets will be valid for the rescheduled draw or refunded.

Prizes are awarded as follows: • 6 numbers matched: Jackpot (minimum guaranteed amount) • 5 numbers matched: £500 • 4 numbers matched: £50 • 3 numbers matched: £10 • 2 numbers matched: Free ticket for the next draw

Winners will be contacted by email within 3 working days of the draw. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the Foundation's charitable purposes. The Jackpot is guaranteed at a minimum amount; the final value may be higher depending on ticket sales.

The Salifu Dagarti Foundation takes its responsibilities under the Gambling Act 2005 seriously. We are committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals.

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the Salifu Dagarti Foundation processing your personal data as necessary for the administration of the Lottery. Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We will not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Lottery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Salifu Dagarti Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Lottery. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the value of their ticket purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where it would be unlawful to do so.

The Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued participation in the Lottery after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
